Year 6 had a wonderful day during their final 'big' visit whilst at primary school before moving on to High School.
They travelled to London by train and explored some of the magnificent sites that our capital city has to offer, before visiting the Museum of London to discover the dark and sometimes gruesome past that Londoners had to experience.
After lunch, they were treated to a visit to the theatre to see The Railway Children which all of the children and the staff who accompanied them, thoroughly enjoyed. 'It was fantastic when a real steam train entered the stage' reported one child 'I was absolutely blown away'.
To finish the day, everyone was treated to Pizza at a restaurant before travelling home very tired but very happy.
